Founded in 2006, GrayStone Industries is an international manufacturer of wireless embedded control systems and microwave integrated products used in a variety of applications including agricultural engineering, petroleum production and military recognizance. In 2009, GrayStone Industries began introduction of EnviroNet, an environmentally friendly self-powered wireless monitor/control networking system. GrayStone Industries is headquartered in Dayton, Nevada, USA. ==Technology== GrayStone Industries has developed a self-powered wireless networking technology for monitor and control applications. A key claim of this network technology is long term maintenance free operation under adverse environmental conditions. This is accomplished by taking advantage of the environment's ambient energy as a power source such as photovoltaic, wind, thermal or piezo-electric. Electrical power generated from these sources is stored and used to power the various network functions that includes data acquisition and wireless communication between network devices. In general the wireless monitor and control network is formed by locating several transmitter modules in areas that have a condition that requires monitoring using an appropriate sensor. This may be temperature, pressure, etc. Periodically these sensors are sampled and the data transmitted to be received by a remote receiver device. Based on the reported sensor state, the local transmitter device and/or remote receiver device may be configured to respond accordingly by initiating a control event such as the activation of a valve or an alarm. Transmitted network data may also be captured by a remote computer for data analysis. 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「GrayStone Industries」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
